A science based sub for PMDD. Premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD) is a menstrual-related affective disorder (MRAD). It is not the same as premenstrual syndrome (PMS) or PME (premenstrual exacerbation). PMDD is listed in the DSM-5 and ICD-11.
