Schizoid personality disorder (often abbreviated as SPD or SzPD) is a personality disorder characterized by a lack of interest in social relationships, a tendency toward a solitary or sheltered lifestyle, secretiveness, emotional coldness, detachment and apathy. On this subreddit, we learn about, share, and generally discuss all things relating to SPD. Everyone (schizoid or not) is encouraged to participate, but we ask that you follow the rules found below.
