A community for the Ultra-Rapid Metabolizer (UM) phenotype. Hyper-active CYP450 liver enzymes clear medications, supplements, and hormones too fast, causing severe cellular depletion despite normal blood labs. Common issues include Tissue Hypothyroidism, low hormones, and poor drug response. Pharmacokinetic UM is distinct from high Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) topics (e.g., rapid calorie burning, somatic hypermetabolism, or difficulty gaining physical weight). This group is NOT for high BMR.
