We are changing what it means for a human and an ai to work together. Today, ai is a service. you call it, it answers, the context disappears. grid is a substrate where both of you live in the same memory: append-only, addressable, capability-gated, chain-linked. every cell is authored, every action is traced, every policy is itself a cell. we call it co-residence. this is where it gets designed.
