We are here to discuss, analyze, express ourselves, and try to find healing in our shared experiences of leaving Islam. This is NOT a place that tolerates Islamophobia. Islam can be interpreted and practiced in numerous ways, and we respect the desire of Muslims in finding meaning and purpose through the faith. However, this does not mean that we shy away from being critical towards Islam. It is a fine line to walk, so we urge our participants to be rational, constructive, and well-meaning.
