1. Service Description

Reddex AI provides subscription-based access to AI-powered tools and services aimed at enhancing your business or personal workflows. We offer:

  • A 7-day free trial period to explore and test our Service.
  • Three (3) predefined subscription tariffs/plans.
  • A custom tariff option tailored to specific user needs upon request.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and any activity under your account.

4. Trial Period

You may use the Service free of charge for a 7-day trial period starting from your account registration date. During this trial, you will have access to most Service features according to the trial plan.

At the trial’s end, you must select a paid tariff to continue use. Your trial may be terminated early for abuse, fraud, or violations of these Terms.

5. Subscription Plans and Payment

We offer three subscription tariffs and one customizable tariff:

  • Tariff 3: Details, pricing, and features.
  • Custom Tariff: Tailored plan priced and configured upon mutual agreement.

Payments for subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law or at our sole discretion.

You authorize us to collect payment via the payment method you provide. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

6. Use Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful or prohibited activities.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or parts of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Reddex AI is incorporated or principally located, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

15. Refund Policy

All payments for subscriptions to Reddex AI are final. However, in accordance with Paddle’s refund policy, customers may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if they are not satisfied with their subscription. After 14 days, payments are non‑refundable, including unused or partially used subscription periods. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that Reddex AI does not offer refunds beyond this 14‑day period, except where required by law.
