AI fine-tuning
Training extra weights on your data so a model behaves in a specialized way. This is not how ChatGPT learns your brand from the public web.
Marketers saying “we’ll fine-tune ChatGPT” usually mean they will publish pages. Different thing.
Fine-tunes on your docs can power a support bot. They do not update OpenAI’s consumer model.
Examples
- A support fine-tune answers from tickets. Public ChatGPT still cites a Reddit rant.
