Mention rate
Mention rate is how often your brand name appears in the answer text, with or without a link.
This catches ghosts. It also catches insults. A high mention rate with rotten sentiment is not a win.
Watch string matching. “Apple” and “apple pie” will ruin your day. Use entity rules.
